Arashi Kushiyaki Bar as the name suggests has a great variety of kushiyaki or skewer grilled dishes. They are available in Seafood, Chicken, Beef, Pork and Vegetables and in many combinations like the Vegetable Combo, Special 5 Skewers Combo and Seafood Combo.

The average kushiyaki dish is made from several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat skewered on a bamboo skewer and grilled.

At Arashi all the skewers can be cooked with salt or our special sauce.

Sashimi is another popular delicacy consisting of fresh raw meat, especially fish, sliced into thin pieces. We only use fresh fish at Arashi, ask for our Chef’s Catch of the Day. The preparation of Sashimi displays the skills and expertise of a chef. Knife skills and selection of the perfect fish are paramount.

Some of the Sashimi dishes available at Arashi are Sushi and Sashimi Combo, Sashimi Set and Sashimi Don which is a selection of assorted raw fish served with rice and soy wasabi.

Arashi offers a wide selection of Sushi such as the Arashi Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll, Teriyaki Chicken Roll, etc. Many combo dishes like the Sushi & Sashimi Combo, California Roll (Sliced fresh Salmon, avocado, cucumber and mayonnaise with flying fish roe topping) and Vegetable Sushi Combo (2 x Inari, 2 x Eggs, 2 x Vegetable Rolls).

​Sushi originated around the 17th century as a slice of raw fish draped over a ball of lightly vinegared rice. Sushi makes a healthy snack and is popular at Arashi and is available in a 8-piece plate or a two-pieces per order.

Arashi offers a wide range of Teriyaki dishes. Some of the popular ones are the Teriyaki Chicken Roll, Teriyaki Chicken Don, and the Teriyaki Chicken Set.

Teriyaki is the technique of broiling or grilling fish, chicken, pork, lamb and beef. Teri refers to a shine or luster given by the sugar content in the sauce used for marinating. Yaki refers to the method of grilling or broiling. The sauce is boiled and reduced to a desired thickness and used to marinate meat, which is then grilled or broiled.

Teriyaki Chicken Dishes

A wide variety of Tempura dishes can be ordered including a vegetarian option. Our popular Tempura offerings are the Tempura Soba/Udon, Vegetable Tempura, Seafood Tempura and the Tempura Set.

Tempura is a Japanese dish made of seafood or vegetables dipped in batter and deep-fried. The batter is traditionally mixed in small batches using chopsticks for only a few seconds. It is kept cold by adding ice in it. Over mixing the batter would result in activating wheat gluten, which causes the flour mixture to become chewy and dough-like when fried.

At Arashi you can be sure of crisp and tasty tempura dishes.
